On safari, when I watch full size video on youtube or some other video platform (first encountered on EuroLeague.com videos), it is flickering. Namely, a sudden change in screen ratio happens for some milliseconds and it keeps doing that. It happens for the gpu Intel UHD 630 but not for Radeon Pro 560X. This case started after last update for Mojave. I clean installed Mojave and still have this problem.

For another admin user, I encountered the same bug. In safe mode, youtube videos did not cause this bug however dailmotion videos ,that shows the bug continuously, does not play. I am suspicious about the following part of log:

I don't have a MacBook Pro that I can access, but is there any way to lock the computer to use the Radeon Pro 560X?
Absolutely there is a way, by unclicking auto change, but it is less energy/battery efficient :)
It doesn't solve the energy problem, but it appears that the full screen videos are more than the gpu Intel UHD can handle.
