screen flickering only on Safari

Screen of MacBook Pro 2020 early model started flickering only on Safari when I use YouTube on full screen but it is not flickering on any other browser can anyone help?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.3

Does this occur while booted in Safe Mode ?

Has one updated to Big Sur 11.4 as profile is indicating an out-dated Big Sur 11.3
