how can you name photos in iphone?

There does not seem to be a way to name pictures on the iPhone. Is there an app for this that is recommended. Maybe it should be included in the next update!

No, that’s impossible (even for Photos for Mac). Only photos saved in the Files app or the Finder of the Mac can be named.
