Pending Purchases
I recently hooked my card to my account, it renewed a purchase that I had no intend on paying, I need to know if it’s possible to cancel pending purchases?

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will cancel it as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
