Can my iMac 27 inch support dual monitor?

I have a late 2015 model Mac desktop with Thunderbolt 2 connection and would like to know how to confirm that I can support dual monitor before I buy adapters or connectors.

Here's my specs:

Processor: 4 Ghz IC i7

Memory: 16 GB

Graphics AMD Radeon R9 M395 2048 MB

I want to connect with my 32 inch Samsung Curved monitor.

You didn't say but assuming it's a 32" Samsung with 1920 x 1080 resolution and an HDMI input, yes it's compatible.
