Logic Pro X Won't Bounce To AIFF

Here's my system.

Im trying to bounce to AIFF like I've done before on countless other machines. This is a new machine. Maybe there is a setting I've never seen.

Issue: I select AIFF, but it bounces as WAV.

I don't receive any errors, so I don't feel like I'm running into file size limitations.

This is the original raw file I imported prior to mastering.
