i was charged for an app 49that is a scam
A app popped up from face book and it charged me $49.99 I am requesting an immediate refund from iTunes - I am very displeased at how my money was taken from my account for something I did not download

Apple's terms of purchase for most countries are effectively, "All Transactions are final" (check terms at: http://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/). Apple may refund on a case by case basis, but realize they can also say no.
