Siri keeps popping up on my laptop screen and I am not even doing anything.

Go to system preferences (settings) >siri. Try disable and enable siri. If that doesnt work, click and hold command+spacebar. Maybe is your mac using shortcut or command+spacebar are stuck on keyboard
