iPod 7
Are there other case sizes that are compatible with a iPod 7th generation.... Having a hard time finding one for my son.

To my knowledge the latest iPod touch is 6th generation, not 7th. So if you ask for 6th gen cases, that will probably sort that out.
The 5th gen case also fits 6th gen Touch, although the 5th gen has a hole in the back for the lanyard loop.
