How to get a refund for In-App Purchases made by a minor?

My son's fingerprint password for some reason authorizes purchases on his i-pad without asking me, despite that on my i-phone in Family sharing the option of "Ask to buy" is green (set on).

How can a refund for his recent purchasers (made within last week)?
