My iMac running 10.14.3 has become slow.

In /Library/LaunchDaemons is see com.NobleSearchDaemon.plist

In /Library/LaunchAgents is see com.NobleSearch.plist

What are these?

iMac Line (2012 and Later)

Those Launch Agents and Launch Daemons are not installed by macOS. Either you or your wife installed them. To learn how that can occur please read How to install adware - Apple Community.

Back up your Mac and drag them to the Trash: Back up your files with Time Machine on Mac - Apple Support. If those files spontaneously reappear you will require additional help.

You (or someone that has full access to the computer) installed it, so you would have to look at what you installed on your computer. Are you experiencing a problem?

Slow to start up. Slow to switch applications. Generally Slow. I am the only administrator, my wife is the only other user. I don't recall install anything related to NobleSearch nor can I find anything.

Thank you for the useful links and advice. Files dragged to trash. Trash emptied. System restarted. After some testing performance has improved and files have not reappeared. Thanks again.
