Can't add AOL email account to iPhone mail app, not working

I have several email account attach to my iPhone mail app ( Yahoo, Hotmail, iCloud, AT&T, Comcast and AOL). Today, I was able to read my AOL email from the iphone mail app but I wasn't able to download attachment on 3 emails (message: can't download attachment) everything else was working and every AOL email was opening fine, so I deleted AOL email account from iPhone mail app and try to reinstall but was not able to added again, when trying to add AOL email to the iPhone app:

1. Add account
2. Click on AOL (it bring me to aol.login)
3. Enter username, click next
4. Enter password, click next to sign in
5. Bring me to an aol agreement ( by agreeing, you'll allow iOS and macOS to access, etc...) it give me the option to not now or agree.
6. I click on agree, next page it show AOL mail option check and notes uncheck, after 4 seconds it goes back to Add account screen without adding AOL email account.

I never had any problems before until now, I am going crazy. Please help. I even went to AOL website, changed my password. I do received emails that it show that I am accessing AOL mail from the iPhone. (security email letting me know that I am using the iPhone mail app). I don't get it why the account is not add to iPhone mail app. Latest iOS 12.1.4
