Oh I didn't know that it would have such adverse effects. Actually needed it for Illustrator and Photoshop, but not so much anymore. I'll try uninstalling them and see if it does something. Also, I noticed with the booting is that before, the loading bar would start to slow down at around 50-60% and then fill up the bar consistently, but now it became faster then slows down extremely at the 80-90% mark. Following your advice made it about 10 seconds faster. Making progress :D

Tried doing the smc and pram reset but didn't work too.

I don't understand though, so even if the app is offline/not opened, it'll impact the bootup time just by being there? I definitely don't doubt your advice, I'm just curious how it works.
