No more apps support for iPod nano 7th gen?

See Managing apps with iTunes 12.7 or later - Apple Community. The same 12.6.5.3 build that can be used for managing apps in iOS devices can also be used to transfer iPod clickwheel games to or from compatible devices. Note that such iPod games were originally sold on a single download basis and are no longer available from the iTunes Store even in this old build. If you've got them then look after them. If you have any on your device make sure to transfer them into your iTunes library. See also Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy - Apple Community.
