How do i change the shortcut for selecting words

I do a lot of word processing on both mac and windows. In windows i use

control shift arrow left/right: to select words

and

control shift arrow up/down: to select paragraphs.

On mac this works the same but i have to use the following

alt shift arrow left/right: to select words

and

alt shift arrow up/down: to select paragraphs.

This is confusing when switching a lot between mac and microsoft. Im constantly using the wrong shortcuts when on working on my mac.

How do I change these shortcuts on mac? What is the Menu Title to change these particular selection shortcuts?
