Why don’t I get activity closed ring animation

I have Apple Watch Activity and close all three rings at least 3 days a week. I always close at least one a day, but I almost NEVER see the “firework” animation of the single rings. And I have never seen the triple ring close animation. I have changed my notification preferences on my iphone for the Apple Watch- to allow all notifications for everything- and still I don’t get the animations. When I check my missed notifications- it’ll say “you closed a ring” but doesn’t show anything. When I open the app and all 3 rings are closed- nothing- no animation of cool sparks. I want to see the cool visual reward for hard work- like I got fireworks with the Fitbit EVERY time I got to 10,000 steps. Seems like Apple Watch should be at LEAST as cool as the Fitbit with its firework show. How do I get to see the activity firework animations?
