Hello Can someone assist me my Iphone X when plugged in shows ITunes when i plug it to

I have Iphone X the phone will not switch onwhen i put in the charger it shows a cable and ITunes on the screen I tried upgrade it did not work I tried restore and it says error 4013 Can anyone assist please

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support
