Ipad restore 4th Generation Model A1460
I have an iPad that is shared at my company. I am trying to restore to factory settings and am unable to do so with my apple id.
Any resolution?

Define "unable" please. Is the device telling you that it's linked to a user? Do you know who that user is? If you don't, you can never factory reset it.
