How can I turn off my mouse on my iMac to just use my keyboard?
I want to be able to turn off my mouse on my iMac so that I just use my keyboard while working on Excel spreadsheets.
Turn off the mouse's power, that is the easiest method.

You might also just turn the mouse over.
- Tap on the Apple logo on the menu bar
- Tap on systempreferences
- Tap on Accessibility
- Tap on 'Mouse and Trackpad'
- Select the third option: 'ignore built in trackpad...'
