Transfer notes

If your Notes are in iPhone and not part of email accounts then

1. Use AirDrop to transfer Notes from one iPhone to another
2. Back up and restore
3. Transfer Photos from iPhone to some email account in iPhone itself and then sync
4. Or upload them to some drive (Files App, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, One Drive, Drop Box etc etc)

Turn on iCloud on both your iPhones.
