Has anyone recovered Game of thrones:conquest in-App purchases refunds for a game that crashes

I contacted the Apples iTunes sales Rep who turned me over to her senior sales rep SAL who told me in the most deflated canned legal response...

your request for a refund does not Qualify

and

you should read the term of service agreement

This game ( Game of Thrones:conquest) is no longer operable. The developers do not fix the bugs in the game and I came not sign in without the game crashing on me. I lose resources and gold due to glitches. I have invested over $8,000 and would like a refund.

THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT IT WOULD BECOME UNPLAYABLE WHEN I MADE THESE PURCHASES.

Game developers are no longer responding to issues , refund requests or questions.

I’ve experienced this as well and did receive a partial refund for money invested in this game. The bugs render this game unplayable. And when I made my purchases there was no indication that this would occur. Apple should really do the right thing And honor these refund requests. Furthermore, I feel this game should be banned from the App Store so WB can’t screw over more people. Game developers no longer respond to player and bug issues.
