mcAfee firewall won’t stay enabled
Mac properties show firewall is on but McAfee total protection alert is to turn on firewall. Can’t turn on McAfee firewall even when Mac firewall is turned off

Pretend that your Mac is not a Windows box, and uninstall that McAfee crap. Years of posts from other users here indicate that it will continuously interfere with the normal operation of your Mac until fully uninstalled.
