Updating method of payment for iTunes

I have moved from the US to Canada. My new address is not accepted on the page, only US states and Armed Forces are possible. What is the link that allows a Canadian address, credit card, etc.

You need to change the country/region first : Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
