I login to my Apple TV using my Apple ID but it keeps asking me for my iTunes password I put that in but it still won’t let me sign in. So I can’t watch any of my iTunes movies.

I login to the iTunes Store using my Apple ID but it also is asking for my iTunes ID so I put that in but it won’t let e log in.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:


1.) Which Apple TV do you have and which tvOS version are you running?


2.) What happens when you try to sign into iTunes? Are you receiving an error message? If so, what is the text of the message?
