my fitbit versa flyers earpods wont sync with my iphone xs max

Mh fitbit Versa syncs to my iPhone XS max, but the fitbit flyer headphone will not sync to my iPhone XS max. The bluetooth on the phone recognizes the fitbit Versa but not the headphone. What can I do?

iPhone 6 Bluetooth Connection Is Weak I just bought AirPods. I put them in my back pocket and they stop working but when i pair them with my MacBook they work even if i am much more far away. Shortly i cant use my airpods if im even 1 meter away from my phone.

Sorry, my fitbit is a fitbit Ionic, not a versa...
