iPhone wifi problem

my mom iphone 6 is having problems connecting to the wifi. everytime i put in the wifi password it keep saying "incorrect passwaord" we tryed changing the password, reseting the device and the network reseting, nothing is working doesnt anyone know what to do. we also turuned the rotuter on and off. still nothing it been 4h now still nothing is working.
