Why is my Apple ID disable ? I can’t upload new apps on my iPhone ???

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If it states that it is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact iTunes support: https://getsupport.apple.com
