Funds gone

I had $29 on my account and it disappeared I can’t see where the money as went since nothing shows up. I just recently put in $25. I’m furious. So I tried signing out and get back on to see my money gone! I checked on my pc and nothing there.

and no I can’t even go on “subscriptions” since the option isn’t there nor it will tell me how much I owe. Please help me this is the second time when the payment goes in my balance slowly. Currently 9:22 pm.

I have another question when I do add a credit card to my account and pay what I owe, will I lose my $29 dollars? Does it come back? Will I waste almost $40?

If you do owe iTunes money adding a credit card will not make any balance reappear, if you owed money that will have been used for the debt.

The Subscriptions section only shows if there are subscriptions on the account.
