How come i can not turn off Two factor authentication?

I am trying to turn off two factor authentication and there is no option, why?

If you enabled it more than two weeks ago you can't. If you enabled it less than two weeks ago you use the enrolment email that you got : Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
