Macbook 12inch 2016 startup problem

I have some problem with my Macbook 12 inch 2016. First I’ll write my experience in few weeks ago and then explain the problem occurred yesterday.

I had experience unexpected shutdown several times in las few weeks, it showed a page with some message in several languages I can’t remember exactly the message, and then laptop restarted and everything come back even safari opened tabs. I didn’t care about it because I thought it might be OS problem and would repair after updates. This problem only happened when I update to Mac OSX Mojave. I can’t remember version number but I know I installed 2 or 3 updates of Mojave.

Yesterday when I left my laptop for a few minutes while some pages was opened in safari, I saw a folder with a question sign on it when came back to it! I tried go to recovery mode and use Disk Utility I realized It won’t show my internal disk. The I try reset SMC but nothing changed. After that I try reset NVRAM and suddenly OS came up with apple sign and I thought the problem was solved. But after 2 times I restarted laptop to double check what happened, it showed the question signed folder again!

• What should I have to do to solved the problem without give laptop to Apple Store?!
• I think it is nod disk problem, because it worked for a few minutes, so it could be some other chips problem! Is it true?
