Command-6 shortcut doesn't works

I have a problem with my new MacBook Pro and OS X Mojave: I've using my own shortcuts Cmd-1 to Cmd-6 for switching between Workspaces since Ubuntu Linux in 2009, thru Leopards, Lions, Sierras. But after buying new MacBook with Mojave I've faced with problem that all of the Cmd-X shortcuts works fine as earlier but not Cmd-6 (Cmd-7 for switching on 7th workplace works fine too). There is no any conflicts in Shortcut settings, it is just didn't work and there is sound «Blah» on press Cmd-6 like when disabled combination is pressed (in some cases it works as default shortcut for current window).

It seems like minor bug but it is very annoying me because I have perennial workflow based on those shortcuts.

Please, help to find solution.

I had Command-6 set to move to Desktop 6 set in my Keyboard> Shortcuts> Mission Control, however pressing Command-6 didn't shift to that Desktop. Opened Mission Control and Desktop 6 hadn't been created so no idea why it was showing in the Keyboard Shortcuts. Anyway having now created that Desktop the shortcut works, can you check you have definitely created the Desktops. I have no Display showing in my Shortcuts left panel display either.

Hm, yes, under Guest account ^6 works fine. So it is somewhere in my settings... but where?...

Solved. I don't know how actually, but some magic manipulations with changing shortcuts and removing-adding workspaces fixes the problem.

What app are you using to create the shortcuts? They are not standard with Mojave. Also "Function Keys" is not standard and you are missing "Display" in the left column.

Well, the shortcuts do indeed show up if i open a number of spaces. They default to ^1 to ^*. All mine work using the defaults. My guess would be there is a shortcut conflict somewhere.

This is default System settings -> Keyboard app. I haven't «Display» because I haven't external display and «Function Keys» is for TouchBar, nothing special. Shortcuts are not standard because I'm using non standard shortcuts.)

I have "Command + 1-7" shortcuts because I have 7 workspaces now. It is no matter iMac it is or MacBook.

It is funny, but 6 doesn't work neither with ^6, neither Option-6, other numbers work fine with any prefix...

Yes, it is created and I can switch there by Mission Control, I have 7 workspaces now and Command-7 works fine.

I have no external Display. My screenshot is from an iMac, I don't have a Mac with a Touchbar so perhaps that's why you have "command + 1-7" shortcuts. They are on none on my Macs.
