Please how i can transfer iPhoto with the own library of 280GB from my laptop at one external hard drive,

i have a MacBook Pro / 2012 with 750GB HD

Drag-copy it to a drive, partition, or disk image formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled), launch iPhoto with the Option key held down, choose that library, and keep a backup copy on a second external drive.
