Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Safari cannot open Bank of America statements All other BA functions work properly

Cannot open Bank of America statements. All other functions in site work fine.

Safari report says "cannot open this page"

error "URL was blocked by content blocker"

Talked to BA and they say not their end. This has been going on for about 6 months at least

Have to use Chrome to open all statements.

Using High Sierra


Any ideas?

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

Go to Safari Preferences/Extensions and turn all extensions off. Quit/reopen Safari and test. If okay, turn the extensions on one by one until you figure out what extension is causing the problem.


Go to Safari Preferences/Websites/Content Blockers to see if there is anything there that may be causing problems. Al so check the settings in Pop-up Windows.
