Iphone xr gets hot at the bottem

My new Iphone xr gets really hot at the bottem 10% of the screen. I tried everything (including factory reset and even got a new phone from apple) the only thing that seems to work and keep the phone stay cold is reseting setting. After a few days the phone gets hot again
