I clicked on a link in a text message from an unknown sender

I got a weird text from a random number and the message wasn't legit at all, but the link that was in it had my last name at the end, so I was a little worried, but I was extremely curious and naïve but knew it would be a bad idea to click on it. Well I did anyway and as soon as I saw it redirecting me a bunch of times I instantly closed out of it and all the safari tabs I had open. Since then I've gotten 3 more in less than a week with different messages and different numbers. I made the mistake of deleting the messages before forwarding them to 7762 with my carrier. I downloaded McAfee and it says my phone doesn't have any threats and I changed my important passwords. I'm just worried that some of my info, if not all of it, might have been obtained by hackers just by clicking on the link...
