Smishing attempt- malware from a text?

Hello,

Worried right now because I responded to an SMS text and wondering if I could have gotten malware on my phone. I received a message from “IHG hotel reservations” confirming a reservation I never made. In the text there were three things to click on: a phone number, the confirmation number, and a web link. I stupidly clicked on the phone number and it took me to a live scammer who tried to extract more info from me, like my maiden name. By clicking on that phone number and calling, could that have put anything malicious on my iPhone?? Thanks
