Optimal operating system on a MacBook 7.1 Core Duo 2010 release, compatible with Adobe CS4

I have a MacBook 7.1 Core Duo 2010 release and I am interested in buying and installing Adobe Creative Suite 4 which requires the operating systems of Leopard 10.5 or earlier. I think that my MacBook came with Snow Leopard 10.6 at the time, which is obviously later. My question is - can I install the earlier operating system Leopard 10.5 on my MacBook 2010 model without experiencing compatibility issues?. I am wondering if it will run ok? and therefore enable me to install and run Adobe CS4 smoothly.
