my iPhone 7plus will no longer download music to the phone. So unless I have WiFi or service I can’t listen to the music I’ve tried to download. I’ve done a hard reset, nothing seems to be fixing this problem. My husbands phone is also doing the same thing and he has an x. How do I fix this?

Can you please check if the cellular is enabled for streaming under Settings > Music > Mobile Data?
It should be enabled, also make sure that Streaming and High-Quality Streaming are toggled on.
