My phone says there are headphones connected

So my phone says that there are headphones connected and I can’t hear anything coming out of the speakers but the thing is there are no headphones plugged in and my Bluetooth is turned off, how do I fix this? I already tried turning my phone off and back on/restarting it

iPhone sound I can't hear anything from my phone, and when I increase/decrease the volume, it is labeled "Headphones," even though I don't have headphones plugged in. I've tried shutting down and restarting my phone, and also tried plugging my earphones in and out, but nothing has worked. There also weren't any settings to fix it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

iPhone 6s no sound, says connected to headphones iPhone 6s says it is connected to headphones but it is not. Sound works if I use bluetooth but no sound will play from headset. Says headphones are connected but none are connected. I have updated software, reset to original settings, and tried other things like plugging in headphones and turning phone off etc. Please advise how I can remedy this sudden onset issue.
