Time Magazine Subscription

I have a subscription for Time thru iTunes but I am unable to access since Time updated its App. I’ve followed their instructions on several attempts; tried resetting my password,etc. I even tried setting up a new account. That may have been a mistake on my part because now there are now two accounts that I am unable to access with email: *****. Please help.
