Photos does not open: Error message -

An unexpected error has occurred. Please quit and restart the application.

This problem has not resolved with opening in safe mode or reinstall.

First of all, make a copy of your Photo-library (you'll find the library in the folder Pictures in Finder)
Make sure the app Photos has stopped completely (no dot under the icon in the dock)
Restart Photos while clicking on Option + Command
The window 'Repair library' appears. Click on Repair and fill in your account password
It could take a long time (depends on the size of your library)
