Private browsing missing

My family has been on family sharing for a while now but this problem has just recently occurred. When I open up safari and try to switch to private browsing mode, the link is missing. I have unrestricted content access and I’ve restarted my phone twice so I’m not sure how to get the private browsing mode back. What’s wrong with my phone and how do I fix it?
