I am unable to connect to 4G LTE without getting an error message. My phone is able to connect to 3G and wifi just fine, but for some reason the 4G LTE will not work. I spoke with my carrier and after hours on the phone, they were unsuccessful and advised me to contact Apple. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how do I fix it? Is it even an Apple issue?

If you are getting 3G, then there is no hardware issue.

If you have enabled 4G LTE on you iPhone and still not receiving 4G services

  1. From the Home screen, navigate: Settings  > Cellular.
  2. Ensure that the Cellular Data switch is turned On .
  3. Tap Cellular Data Options.
  4. Tap the Enable LTE switch to turn on  or off .
