I accidentally told Siri to turn herself off now her voice command will not work I only meant for her to stop playing music but I’ve unplugged it and it won’t go back to factory settings How do I make it work again I’m at work and my wife is by the home pod so is there anything we can do to troubleshoot it

Go up to the HomePod and touch the top and say "Start listening."
You can toggle the HomePod to listen and not listen to the wake words "Hey Siri" by saying "Hey Siri, stop listening" and the physical touch and again repeating "Start listening."

Hoy can I go to settings on a home pod?
See the Use Siri section of Change settings for HomePod - Apple Support. If you're not at home then it may have to wait until you are there with the iOS device you used to set up the device to change the setting. In the meantime tapping the center of the top of the device should allow your wife to issue commands instead of starting with "Hey Siri".
