my Apple ID has been disabled due to suspicious activity how do I turn it back on.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12

How do you know it was disabled for suspicious activity? Was this an email you received? If so, are you sure the email is legitimate and not a phishing attempt? You were able to sign into the support community.
