How do you move icons and arrange folders now?
Before you could just hold down for a few seconds and then the homescreen would enter edit mode. Then you could move the icons into folders ect. NOW.

Please calm down. Nothing has changed. You are attempting to do it incorrectly. Do NOT "hold down." Instead, merely touch for a few seconds just like it's always been since IOS-1.
By the way, your choice of language doesn't help matters.

You're pressing too hard.
Just rest your finger on an icon, without pressing.
