i use a samsung original charger that came in the box to charge my iphone SE problem 1 and 2 Solved
1)touch id works flawlessly even if my iphone is in a case

2)charger and phone is cool when charging

but still touchscreen acts weird

First, using a charger from any reputable manufacturer is fine and safe, as Samsung and other real companies follow the USB standard.

"Counterfeit" does not mean non-Apple; it means a device that masquerades as an Apple (or Samsung) charger but is generally poorly made by someone with lower standards to bring the price down. There are many reputable 3rd party chargers; I use Anker and Belkin; Mophie has good, reliable products. This link shows the products that Apple has certified and sells-->Power & Cables - iPhone Accessories - Apple

====

Now, to the screen acting weird; if it only happens when the phone is connected to the charger you have a bad Lightning cable. Replacing the cable should fix that.

I strongly, as an electrical engineer, disagree with you. Please view the two videos I posted. Two different technicians analyze and tear down a total of 4 counterfeit cubes, each of which could either destroy your phone or electrocute you, or both. One counterfeit power source DID kill someone in China last year. Yes, she was stupidly using her phone in the bath, and it fell into the tub. With a properly isolated power source the immersion wouldn't have been good for the phone, but she would have been safe. The counterfeit cube had no line to output isolation, so there was 240 volts at the end of the Lightning cable between her and the ground connection provided by the pipes in the tub.

The USB standard includes a requirement for isolation of the USB output from the AC power source. There is no guarantee that counterfeit power sources meet the standard (and none of the 4 teardowns met it).

I strongly, as an electrical engineer, defend my position. You are implying that all non-Apple chargers are the same as what is in the video. Hmmm... I have two USB chargers from Bose. I don't accept an opinion that they're junk.

I remember a poster a year or two ago taking your opinion that screamed "don't buy Chinese junk." He was totally unaware that Apple chargers are made in China.
