lost/stolen Apple watch

I haven’t been able to find my Apple Watch series 3...by the time I realized it was missing, the battery was dead and is offline on find my iPhone. My concern is that it was stolen or found and someone took it and wiped it out to use as their own or sell it. Is there anyway way to find out or tell if it has been unpaired or reset to use with another Apple ID? Can I tell if it’s been jail broken? It doesn’t look like I can see the last known location of it either.
