Why iTunes are taking out money from my account if I don’t get any purchased ?

I did buy anything in ITunes I have been checking my account earlier and it’s been 2 times that ITunes have taking out an amount of $4.32 and $8.11 from my account this happen twice already the same amount I just want to know why a d if I can get a redound ! I already check my purchased history I didn’t buy nothing ‘

If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card and not found them : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


and if they aren't : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
