Unsolicited Music subscription

An email to me today claimed I have subscribed to Apple Music from 25 February 2019.

I DID NOT apply for membership of Apple Music.

To try to cancel this unwanted subscription, I followed a path to my Apple account that seemed to be "fishing " for my personal credit card information.

Is this a SCAM?

It is most likely a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address but elow to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.
